Orders are confirmed after product availability, engraving review and payment confirmation. Personalised products cannot normally be cancelled or returned after production begins unless they arrive damaged or differ materially from the approved order.

Personalisation

Customers are responsible for submitting correct names, designations and motifs. We may contact you to confirm spelling before production.

Product appearance

Website visuals are premium concept presentations. Minor differences in plating, texture and colour may occur between production batches.
